And the winner is...

...the cheapest of the three cleaners, ZEP.   The discovery of a product that actually works to restore the shine to the fiberglass shower enclosure and is inexpensive appeals to my bargain-hunting instincts.  Not that I frown upon more costly alternatives, I'm the first to scoop them up if they do the job.

The one thing that I attempted to do in my first post (it wasn't really three months ago, was it?) but was unable to adequately figure out, was attach an image to my post.  I think I was intending to add the image at later date.   This is the later date (quite a bit late!) to add my cleaning still life.  Unfortunately, the Safari browser is not making this an easy proposition.  Adding the image from my Picassa album should be straightforward; however, when I select the image, the "add to" button is not active.  Luckily, linking to the image's URL does the trick.

I certainly was looking forward to some engaging blogging with my students.  Somewhere along the the course of the semester, I became engaged in other things and forgot.  Here's hoping that I'll have more to add in the very near future.

I'm glad to finally be writing my first iPhone post to this blog. It took a bit of research to figure out how to upload a photo from my phone to picasa without the app. Emailing the photo works wonders only if the 24 digit address is exactly correct. After several attempts it works! My labor day weekend is pretty uneventful as I am working to clear and declutter my master bed and bathroom to be ready for the new school year to begin. My biggest problem with cleaning bathrooms is dissolving the hard water stains and soap scum. Saturday's grand adventure consisted of an incredibly stimulating trip to home depot - not! Actually, I always find something interesting to stimulate my DIY side. This was a cleaning mission not a dreaming mission, so I reluctantly restrained myself. Along with Simple Green and a scrub brush, I walked out with two new cleaners to test against the attack of the shower stall menace. Which one will do the trick?

My Sandbox

This blog will be my playground for communicating with the students who work for me in the Media Commons at Penn State Lehigh Valley.  Since two of the students are participating in the PSU Mobile Media pilot, I figured that I should play along with them.  I'm looking forward to many opportunities for mobile digital media fun!
